RENT AGREEMENT

Mr. ...................................... (Name and Address) (Landlord, hereinafter referred as 1st Party), agree to give his first floor (....... floor around .................sq. ft) of the ...................(Place) house on rent to M/S ................................................., (Name and Address), (Tenant, hereinafter referred as 2nd Party) for Rs. ......................... 1.   The electricity charges will be paid monthly by the 2nd Party to the 1st Party as per the readings shown by the sub-meter.

 

2.   The 2nd party has to pay the rent of three months as an advance to the 1st Party and after that monthly rent should be paid in the first week of every month.

 

3.   2nd Party should give a pre-notice of at least three months to 1st party before vacating the house.

5.   The rent increment will be made by 10 percent from the beginning of third year and will increase yearly at same rate from there onward.
